About these terms

These terms cover your use of unidirect.io and your UniDirect student account. The platform is run by UniDirect Pvt Ltd. UniDirect helps students find study options, prepare applications and connect with counsellors. AusPak processes university and visa applications for our students.

Any separate agreement for an application or other service sets out the terms of that service. These website terms do not replace an institution's offer, a service agreement you sign or rights that apply under the law.

Program information and guidance

Program pages and guides help you compare options. Fees, intakes, entry requirements, scholarships and visa rules can change. An amount shown in rupees is a currency conversion for comparison, not a binding price or exchange-rate quote.

Before accepting an offer, applying for a visa or paying, confirm the current requirements and costs with the relevant institution or authority and your counsellor. An institution's formal offer and the authority's current requirements take priority over a website summary.

Program matches, eligibility suggestions and AI assistant answers are guidance. They are not offers of admission, scholarship awards or visa approvals. Universities and the relevant authorities make those decisions; UniDirect and AusPak cannot guarantee them.

Your account and documents

Provide accurate, current information and documents that you are entitled to share. Review application details and tell your counsellor if your circumstances change. Do not submit false, altered or misleading documents.

Keep your password private and do not let another person use your account. Contact us if you suspect someone has accessed it without permission. If you are under 18, involve a parent or guardian in your study and application decisions.

Do not attempt to access another person's account, bypass security controls, upload harmful files or disrupt the service.

Applications, fees and third-party services

Creating a UniDirect student account is free. This does not mean university tuition, application charges, visa charges, English tests, insurance, accommodation or other third-party services are free.

Check who will provide and charge for a service before you pay. Ask for its scope, fees and cancellation or refund conditions in writing. Do not assume one provider's policy applies to another provider.

Submitting information through the platform does not by itself confirm admission, a visa, accommodation or a scholarship. Review the relevant offer, deadlines, conditions and payment instructions before accepting.

External websites and service providers have their own terms and privacy practices. Follow their instructions when using their services.

Privacy and AI conversations

Our Privacy policy explains how we collect, use, share and retain your information. Upload personal documents only through the document tools provided for your application.

Your UniDirect team can read your conversations with Ask UniDirect to support your application. The assistant does not see your uploaded documents. Ask a counsellor to check advice before acting on an important study, financial or visa decision.

Updates and your rights

We may update website information and these terms as the service changes. The date above identifies this version. These updates do not change a separately agreed service contract.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
